∆ Frame originated from personal experiences and observations that change seems to follow patterns. The Philosophy was the first element of the frame to be developed, underpinning the frame as a whole.

From there, the lexicon, patterns, SPIRAL, and other materials were designed in collaboration with GPT-4 using the philosophy as the foundation. AI was utilized for what it does best, data analysis, pattern recognition, and content generation -- always engineered, reviewed, and supervised by a human.
