12 Steps to a ∆ Frame Perspective

The ∆ frame requires time and energy to both observe and enact change. Especially while viewing reality through a moment-by-moment lens as we often do, this is difficult. But if we change our lens, adopting a new perspective, we can reduce the time and energy required to use the framework. The following 12 steps are a guide to inhabiting a ∆ perspective.
