Cycle Time

• Description: The time taken per SPIRAL loop

• Utility: Understand speed of evolution, faster iterations correlating with higher adaptability

Phase Timing

• Description: The time taken per SPIRAL phase

• Utility: Understand speed of phases, allowing for troubleshooting and optimization

Circle Density

• Description: The count of nodes per circle

• Utility: Understand scalability of organization, with ideal density of 5-8 nodes for most organizations
